Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you full command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect emails from one mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
